Thank you for shopping with CARDIAN. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales, product launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next working day.
2. Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery is 6–12 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, carrier delays, and remote destinations can occasionally extend transit. CARDIAN works with trusted global suppliers, and some items ship directly from overseas fulfillment centers, which is reflected in the times above.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the shipping option selected. Any free-shipping promotions will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 working days for tracking information to become active after dispatch. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 working days, contact us and we'll look into it.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local regulations before ordering, as CARDIAN has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CARDIAN is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the total estimated time, please email us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, where an order is confirmed lost in transit, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy. A delivery taking longer than expected — but still within the estimated window — is not considered lost.
8. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
